TCA Tight 5 Rugby Program - Term 2

Our Tight 5 Program is built for props, hookers, locks, and back rowers who want to dominate the physical side of the game — not just survive it.
What we focus on:
Lineout jumping, lifting, and throwing
Scrum shape and technique
Strength & conditioning for contact performance
This isn’t generic training. This is position-specific work that actually transfers to game day.
Program Details:
📅 Starts: Tuesday 21st April (10 consecutive weeks)
⏰ Time: 6:30pm – 7:45pm
📍 Location: Rekreate Fitness Gym, Coniston
